About MyNYHome
MyNYHome is an NYC real estate resource operated by Zhengping Qi Lin, DBA Sophia Lin. We provide NYC-specific calculators (mortgage, closing costs, seller net, investment, rent-vs-buy, savings), educational blog content, and advisory services for buyers, sellers, and investors of condos, co-ops, and townhouses. Estimates produced by our calculators are informational only and are not legal, tax, or financial advice.
Use of the Site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to interfere with its operation. Content on this site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from MyNYHome. The types of messages you may receive depend on which consent box(es) you select:
- Marketing messages: special offers, discounts, new calculator releases, and service updates.
- Non-marketing messages: replies to your inquiries, appointment reminders and confirmations, and follow-up notes on the numbers you asked us to review.
Opt-Out and Support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the phone number that texted you. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at sophia@mynyhome.co.
Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message Frequency
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 2–6 messages per month, depending on your engagement and requests. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No Advice
